Shipping FAQs

How soon will my order be shipped?
All in-stock items will leave our warehouse in 24-48 hours. If there is an item on backorder, you will be informed of its expected delivery date. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.

What method is my package being shipped?
We usually ship via UPS, DHL or RPS Ground Service or U.S. Postal Priority mail. Depending on your location in the country, it may take between 7-10 working days.

Do you have Express delivery?
Yes, we can ship via UPS 2-day Express which means second business day after we ship your order. Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Upgrading to this delivery, puts your order to the head of our shipping line. If we receive your order on Friday, your order will ship on Monday and you will receive your order on Wednesday. You can upgrade to the next day air if you are in a hurry. Please note your desire to upgrade to the Overnight Delivery in the comment section or call 1-800-765-5885.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we gladly ship anywhere in the world and will ship via DHL or U.S. Postal Airmail or Surface mail. For faster delivery, we can ship via DHL (3-5 days delivery time) or US Postal Global Priority or Air Mail (1-2 weeks). Shipping time for Surface Mail varies widely depending on the destination. Typically, Surface Mail to Canada takes 2-3 weeks, 6 weeks to the United Kingdom, 6-8 weeks to Japan and Australia, and 10-12 weeks to China, Brazil, Singapore, to name a few. To give you an idea, the charge for Surface Mail is usually about 25% of your subtotal plus regular shipping. We are working diligently to automate the international shipping feature of our order form. For now, please fill out the comment box when you fill in the orderform for your preference for shipping, and we will inform you of the best rates before processing your order.

Can I return something if I do not like it?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the product in its original, salable condition. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Videos, audio, and software are not returnable once opened unless they are found to be defective. See our Returns Policy for information on how to make a return.

What do I do if my order/package arrived damaged?
First of all, we apologize for the damage. On rare occasions, packages become damaged en route. If you have received a damaged package, please call our Customer Service immediately for further instructions. (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time)
